Local Pizza Workshop 

With BRWIA and Lost Province Brewing Co.

Join us for a collaborative workshop between BRWIA and Lost Province Brewing Co. for an all-local pizza workshop! Learn how to make a wood-fired pizza using local ingredients including sauces, cheeses, veggies, sausage and duck prosciutto. Workshop topics will include dough-making, natural fermentation, wood-fired cooking, cheeses, and house-made sauces and meats. 
Class participation is $25 for one, $40 for two, and comes with:
  • (1) Custom-made, wood-fired pizza
  • (1) Lost Province Brewing Co. beer (participants of legal age)
  • (1) Take-home dough
  • Recipes and recommended resources 
Participants must be registered before noon on July 10 for the early-bird rate. Spaces will be limited, so act now to reserve a spot!
