Wellness Tonic Workshop

With BRWIA and Harvest Boone

Saturday, September 19th l 3pm-4pm l Sugar Hallow Retreat, 197 Elk Ridge, Butler, TN

Blue Ridge Women in Agriculture will be hosting a workshop making an everyday folk prepared wellness tonic. Participants will use a variety of local, fresh ingredients including apple cider vinegar, garlic, onion, turmeric, ginger, horseradish, cayenne pepper, and lime to their specification to create their custom made wellness tonic!

This super cleansing tonic is an antibiotic, as well as a potent anti-viral and anti-fungal/yeast formula. It is said to be the cure for colds and the flu, as well as for everyday use in boosting your immune system and increasing blood and lymph circulation to every part of the body.

There will be a $1 donation per a small mason jar full of this wonderful tonic which will directly benefit Blue Ridge Women in Agriculture.

This workshop is a part of the Harvest Boone Festival, participants must purchase tickets to the 10th Harvest Boone Bi-annual Community Outreach Festival to attend the workshop by clicking here. Tickets can be purchased online or at the gate (option of 20 canned food items and $20 are accepted and encouraged), with proceeds going to the Health and Hunger Coalition.
