By volunteering with BRWIA or one of our community partners, you are helping to create a more the fair and vibrant local food system in the High Country
There are so many great ways to volunteer with Blue Ridge Women in Agriculture and many other organizations in our community who are focused on food systems work. Our volunteer calendar lists some of these opportunities. Volunteer with the Food Hub

Our local online market, The High Country Food Hub, is always looking for community volunteers every Wednesday to help prepare & hand out customer orders. Customers pick up their orders from 11:30am - 6pm and we would love for volunteers to sign up for at least 2 hour shifts within that time frame.

Volunteer with Boone's Winter Farmers' Market

Our local winter farmers' market is always looking for community volunteers every Saturday to help welcome customers at the coffee station & support our Farmers' Market Team. The Market runs from 9-12 PM from December-April, and we would love for volunteers to sign up for at least 2 hour shifts within that time frame.
